Disappointing Experience with Food and ServiceWe had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. The food quality was poor, and the staff behavior was unacceptable. It seemed they were unfamiliar with how to manage a corporate party’they rushed to wrap things up while guests were still enjoying their drinks and food.Even when we stepped away briefly to dance, the staff cleared our plates and glasses without asking, which felt intrusive and inconsiderate. This kind of service is far from what we expected and left a negative impression.We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the hospitality and event handling standards.

Hotel Beyzaa is well located, making it quite convenient for business travelers. The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable, though the entrance, passages, and lobby feel a bit congested. Food quality is good, and the breakfast spread’especially the live dosa counter’is a delightful touch, even if the options are limited. The only major drawback is the slow and unorganized service, which can be improved. Overall, it’s a decent choice for short business stays, especially with offices nearby.

It's a pathetic hotel with no professionalism.The room size is very very small. Lot of noise and disturbance. You can't sleep in this hotel.Room is unhygienic and provided next to the store room, lot of disturbance. Check the real photograph attached in my review of room and how it is like a store room not like a room.

Good hotel in Salt lake sector-5. Nice behaviour of staff. Rooms are clean. The dining area is very attractive, interior of the hotel gives you good vibes. Location is good. Rate is slightly higher than expected.

4 star hotel more like 0.4 star. I have booked this hotel previously as well in 2023 which was good back then, however I booked it this week and it’s shit. Their washroom has zinc everywhere. I found a cockroach in their buffet table moreover after I saw the hygiene issue with the place I wanted outside food and they could not even pre heat the food for me, it was midnight and I had to have cold food . Disgusting room disgusting food and awful service. I paid 11k for a room for 2 days and will make sure none of my friends and family and people around me visits this hotel. Guys just don’t even bother visiting here Novotel, Westside even lemon tree is far better. I am unable to post photos or else I would have. Hope this review helps y’all to take the decision wisely 🙏
