Beyzaa Hotel & Suites Kolkata

My experience at Hotel Beyzaa Kolkata was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.The front desk staff displayed shockingly rude and arrogant behaviour. There was absolutely no sense of how to speak to a guest with basic respect and professionalism. I was spoken to in an abusive tone, which is something no guest should ever have to tolerate at any hospitality establishment.One of the front desk staff members, who introduced himself as Trivendram, appeared to be in an unprofessional state and was misbehaving throughout the interaction. His conduct was completely inappropriate and made the entire situation worse.This level of service is pathetic and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management and standards.I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options in Kolkata where guests are treated with respect and dignity.I will never choose to stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The facilities are well-managed, the service standards are high, and the team ensures a seamless guest experience. The rooms were comfortable, and every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality.The staff throughout the property were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their prompt service and genuine care truly enhanced my stay.Neelima Maam deserves a special appreciation for outstanding coordination and professionalism. From initial enquiry to final execution, everything was handled with clarity, commitment, and attention to detail. Highly recommend for both leisure and corporate stays.

Perfect stay option at this location. Staff all have professional skills, familiar with all three languages, rooms & food are much better than #Monotel .

I only availed the restaurant, which is nice. The food is really good. The staffs are excellent and very cooperative. They have a nice brewery too where people can enjoy nice beer! Keep it up!
