Ac was not working
The hotel was good, I enjoyed my stay, and the location was excellent. However, during checkout I left in a hurry and forgot to collect the bill, even though payment was already done. I called the reception multiple times requesting the invoice on WhatsApp for office reimbursement. Later, I noticed an extra wrong charge added to my bill. I emailed the accounts/AR team and contacted reception several times, asking them to verify the signature on that bill, but nobody helped or responded properly. Because of this, I suffered a loss of around ₹1500 and could not claim reimbursement from my office. Very disappointed with the staff support and service.
