I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall ambience was pleasant.
The hotel was so bad....My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of the stay was below an acceptable standard.The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and their behaviour was quite unpleasant. Instead of being welcoming and attentive, their attitude made the stay even more uncomfortable. The overall hospitality was very poor.The cleanliness was also a major concern. The room and common areas did not feel properly maintained or hygienic. For a hotel charging guests for a stay, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.The security arrangements were also disappointing. I did not feel that the security was handled in a professional or reassuring manner.Another major issue was the lack of basic facilities. Even when we needed the boiler/hot-water facility, it was not available, which was extremely inconvenient. Basic amenities should be functional and available, especially when guests are paying for a hotel stay.What was most disappointing was that the problems were not limited to one particular issue—the service, staff behaviour, cleanliness, security, and basic facilities were all unsatisfactory.Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or guests expecting cleanliness, safety, good hospitality, and basic facilities. The management seriously needs to improve its staff training, cleanliness standards, security, maintenance, and overall guest service.
