1. Rooms were filthy, not cleaned, and lacked maintenance. 🤢 2. Linens were disgusting, stained, smelly, and itchy. Pillows were torn and covers extremely dirty. 3. Food dishes were unclean, food overpriced for the taste. They tried to charge 100 rupees extra without explanation. Even 1L water cost 30 per bottle. I calculated the charges myself and found the extra amount. 4. No basic amenities! No water purifier, TV broken, electrical switchboards damaged, no AC remote, lights broken and flickering, and no tap water in the bathroom. 5. Bathroom was unbelievably awful: no water, stained walls, no toilet flush, broken taps, leaking pipes, and smelled like poop. Overall, a completely disgusting experience! I strongly advise against coming here for any reason.

My concern is not about hotel Adri, they didnt cooperate as well as you guys team Ixigo. Adri hotel didnt get a penny I think. I wanted to reschedule and called you so many times. You guys promised to solve the issue as I accidently booked for 9th may, but I wanted to book for 10th May 2026. I DIDNOT WENT THERE, SO MY MONEY GOT WASTED. Hotel guys and your Customer representative pointed each other out. Oyo came between you two and controlled by imaginary strings. As I have paid already I lost my money though I have called 4 times to your customer care and 3 times to Hotel guys. No use of it. I used your app many times but this kind of non cooperation I haven't seen in the name of rules as both of you parties were blaming each other which was useless to me. I just requested for rescheduling promising to give the difference money. Very bad customer service though requesting for last 15 hours before check-in. Pathetic customer care help, they only want to please profitmaking boss, not customer. THIS FEEDBACK IS ONLY FOR IXIGO, NOT FOR HOTEL ADRI.
