Our stay at Fortune Park Panchwati was nothing short of wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, which set the tone for a very comfortable and memorable stay.The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always eager to help. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guest comfort.The food deserves a special mention’absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and with a good variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the service at the restaurant was prompt and attentive. The calm and pleasant ambience of the property added to the overall experience, making it a perfect place to unwind.What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff, who consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and value for money.Overall, Fortune Park Panchwati offers an excellent stay experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful environment. We would definitely love to return and stay here again

I went here for my office annual day trip. So I can't comment on the rooms. The place is large and beautifully decorated. The food was awesome and comparable to any top notch five star options. There are options for games. Cricket, pool and carrom is fine but the bat and ping pong ball provided for table tennis was so broken that it was not possible to play it. We tried the reception but apparently they have that as the only option! Just imagine a five star rated property that claims to have games does not have a decent back up of a table tennis ball and bat! I am sure it's not about the cost but about the focus. I met Mr. Sabyasachi Chartered who is the GM during breakfast. He is such a fine gentleman, well read and mannered. I am sure he would look into the same and make this insignificant complaint and address it promptly. Please note that their service and infrastructure is spotless other than this. This led to high expectation and hence this small complaint. We had a nice time overall and kudos to all the staff and management for all the good work.

If there were an option for 7 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it to this hotel. During our stay, my child faced a medical emergency. I informed the Deputy Manager (IT), Mr. Sourav Paul, and his response was immediate and incredibly compassionate. He personally instructed the hotel’s driver to take my child to the hospital without any delay.The driver, Mr. Sourav Paul, and the entire hotel staff were extremely polite, caring, and supportive during this stressful time. Their humanity and professionalism truly touched our hearts.On top of this exceptional service, the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. This hotel doesn’t just provide accommodation’it provides genuine care and responsibility toward its guests.Highly recommended. A place that truly understands hospitality in its truest sense.

Me and my partner stayed there for a short trip. Our experience was way beyond our expectations! Hotel staff were so helpful and humble. Special thanks to Priti, Deepak and the whole team! I loved their food as well. I'd love to visit again for a chill weekend :)
