This hotel meets expectations. The fan and aircon keep the room comfortable. The housekeeping team are eager to clean and do a great job. Same also for the kitchen service staff. They're all friendly and eager to assist.
I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you’d need for a short trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Solo Traveller • Feb 2026We booked this hotel on a very short notice because of a bad experience with our Airbnb.First impressions were good. The reception staff agreed for us to see the bedrooms prior to booking. We stayed in a deluxe room. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. With 4 pieces of luggage it was cramped but still manageable.The real stars of the hotel are the staff: friendly professional and super helpful. We lost some shopping and thanks the security guard managed to retrieve it. Housekeeping were efficient and the food ordered via room service was well cooked. We especially liked the vegetable pilau rice and chicken legs. The quantities are generous.We were a group of 5 ranging from 22 -81 in age. We all agreed that we would stay there again. Its very conveniently positioned for Gariahat and Ballygunge.If I was to nitpick it would be to ask them to invest in new towels and bath mats which looked a bit tired (but still clean) and to provide mugs on the tea/coffee service in each room.Thank you to all the staff for a comfortable stay.
