I'm really terrified regarding the conditions of the room.Whole washroom was fungusprone everywhere there was fungus and it was smelling like anything, even linens which were given to us were tored and not in good conditions .Please Agoda have a look on the rooms and keep a verified check so that your prime guests doesn't feel so half hearted situations and services
The hotel staff’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. The hotel was not clean at all, and the overall hygiene and cleanliness were far below expectations. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and they clearly lacked basic manners and hospitality. They did not know how to properly greet or communicate with guests, which made the entire experience very unpleasant. Overall, the staff’s behaviour and the cleanliness of the hotel were extremely poor, and I would not recommend this hotel.🤮
1. No towels in the room. Had to call the reception 3 times for one towel.2. Hand wash and body wash bottles are empty in the washroom.3. Only one single small soap in the bathroom for two people.4. Extremely dirty mug and bucket.5. The wardrobe door doesn't work.6. The wardrobe from inside is very dirty.7. Only one plug point was working in the room.8. Dustbins were very small and dirty.9. Breakfast is below average.10. The restaurant is below average.11. Don't go by the photos. Reality is far different than the photos.12. The location is also not suitable for cabs (Rapido, Ola, Uber), because it is situated below a bridge where with a minimum of rain, a lot of water accumulates.
