1. No towels provided in the room; had to contact reception three times to get one towel. 2. The hand wash and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty. 3. Only a single small soap was available for two guests in the bathroom. 4. The mug and bucket were very dirty. 5. The wardrobe door was not functioning. 6. The inside of the wardrobe was very dirty. 7. Only one electrical outlet was operational in the room. 8. The dustbins were small and unclean. 9. Breakfast quality was below average. 10. The restaurant was also below average. 11. The photos are misleading; the actual condition is quite different. 12. The location is inconvenient for cabs like Rapido, Ola, and Uber since it is under a bridge where water collects easily even with a little rain.

The hotel was excellent, offering quick service, spotless and sanitary rooms, and very accommodating staff. Everything was kept in good condition, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were polite and consistently willing to assist. I did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot speak about the food. In general, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!
