Itsy Hotels Transit Express Near Sealdah Station

My experience at Hotel Itsy Transit Express was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition with stains on the walls stained bedsheets a blinking bathroom light and overall very poor lighting. The service was just as unacceptable. When we asked for water the room service person knocked and walked in without permission and even questioned the water bottle I had brought from outside despite me clearly stating it was mine. Even after complaining about the dirty bedsheet no one bothered to change it.The breakfast was even more pathetic. They served jalebi two pooris one banana and a cup of tea that tasted terrible. For a hotel stay this was far below even basic standards.On top of that there is no proper temporary parking space for dropping guests. Our car had to stop in a way that blocked the entire road for barely two minutes and I had to walk to the main road to pay the driver. They do not show this in their listing images and it feels misleading to customers.This stay showed shockingly low standards in cleanliness service food and overall management. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Staff behavior was good but the amenities and room were not up to the mark it was bit old...the towels were very old and pillow covers were not clean..

Small rooms, near to Sealdah train station. Terrible location. No resturant. They don't provide soap, tooth paste etc

Allergies more than Memoriess!!!Absolutely pathetic experience with the hotel. The rooms and hotel pics are all AI generated and does not resemble real scenario. The blankets and pillows looked like they had been used since ages. When requested to change, The staff said all rooms have same kind. The breakfast was cold and there's no dedicated lobby for breakfast, also there's no choice of breakfast, you have to eat whatever is served. The room lacked basic toileteries, like clean towels, handwash, shower gel, dental kit.Absolutely worst experience with Treebo.

I have stayed here for one night as I want to visit Howrah station.Location is not great, It's not on main road, It's a small gali, where cab hesitate to come, so you need to go to main road sometimes.Food: You can order food from restaurant or online.Cleanliness: Not up to the markStaff is nice and helpful.
