Hotel Casa Fortuna

The location is great, the staff is helpfully and the breakfast was good. It's also not noisy even with the big road in front.But we had bad luck with the room.The room had a good size and was clean in all the important places. But the room was not ventilated and had patches of mildew stains on the walls, it smelled very musty and stuffy too. The room also needs a deep clean in all the corners, on handles and lightswitches.For the price it needs to be better.When checking out we saw some rooms that seemed better, unfortunately occupied so we could not change.

The staffs have very rude behaviour with the guest.The rooms were extremely small as compared to the money we have paid and pictures online.Bad behaviour is not acceptable and bad attitude of the hotel manager making us feel extremely uncomfortable.No body change our towels and bedsheet for straight 2 days.Wud not recommend anyone.

Amazing hotel, very neat and clean rooms, great service, staff is courteous and polite.The front desk staff is very friendly and polite (don’t know the name on front desk the female attendant was very helpful and answered to all my queries)Food was good, although the hotel only offers a vegetarian menu but it was all worth it.Rooms are a little smaller in size but they have all the necessary things required.The hotel is close to many major places like park street, victoria palace etc.

An amazing place to stay and dine. China Sharma serves and takes care of customers very good. When in Kolkata do visit. Best wishes!

An excellent place to stay in a central area of Kolkata. The food is good, rooms are clean and well appointed. Service is top notch. Highly recommended for solo/business travelers
