Everything is good as far as a hotel is concerned, location, staff, cleanliness and rooms are concerned.
The lift had constant construction material being transported. the room were huge but zero sound proofing. Overall the experience was average at best. The staff was helpful and location was right at park street.
Extremely disappointing first impression. The entrance to Park Suites hardly feels like the entrance to a hotel. You have to make your way through what feels like a cramped corridor lined with hawkers and shops, and at no point does the approach give you the feeling that you are entering a proper hotel. The arrival experience is shabby, congested and completely lacking in the basic ambience one expects from a property calling itself a hotel. There is no sense of a welcoming lobby or even a decent hotel entrance. Had I not known the hotel was located there, I would genuinely have wondered whether I was entering the right place.Whatever the rooms may be like, the entrance itself creates such a poor impression that it immediately lowers your expectations of the entire stay. One of the poorest hotel arrival experiences I have encountered. The management seriously needs to address the entrance, accessibility and overall first impression of the property.
