Solo Traveller • Mar 2024Except for the cranky manager, everything else is good. Staffs are very supportive. There is a problem with the lift, the door doesn't lock easily. Room service is not good, but rooms are spacious. The hotel is a good choice if you are coming to Kolkata airport.

Manager very rude. I make reservation on booking but they say they no want accept international guest when I arrive. Don’t waste time/money here, location very hard to get to and they refuse you. Why on foreign websites if no accept foreign guest?
