We paid *** for a room(Apartment B)here through Agoda, and the experience was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, we found the staff casually lounging on the sofa inside the exact room that was assigned to us.Worse, the room's AC was broken. When we asked for a different room, the owner was incredibly rude and hostile. Instead of accommodating us, she outright refused a room change and tried to squeeze more money out of us by offering a "penthouse" for an extra charge.When we understandably asked for a refund, she flat-out denied it and dismissively told us to contact Agoda. Shockingly, Agoda refused to help, arguing that "AC wasn't explicitly in the description," even though for nearly ***, a working AC is a basic expectation. The owner herself never claimed it was a non-AC room—she just wanted to force an upgrade.Save your money, your dignity, and your peace of mind. Do not stay here!
