This is not a fancy luxury stay even if the hotel name says it. It is a small budget hotel. If your expectation is low, you will not be disappointed. It is a good hotel with nearby shops and IT offices.The room is clean with basic infrastructure. Hot water is available in the bathroom but water pressure is very high. If you don't tell at the reception to clean your room, they won't enter or clean your room.The window is basic without sound proofing. As such you will clearly hear outside noise.They have a cozy bar with reasonable prices and good food. Breakfast spread is simple but delicious. Services are good.Only during checkout, had issues with billing. For online booking, they can't give a separate room bill. All food and bar bill are mentioned alongside the room bill on the same page which is awkward for submission in office.Overall a decent stay.

As they say in the website it is really a boutique hotel !The hotel is along a main road.As usual my Agoda booking continued to be excellent with smooth check-in.I don't think there are a lot of parking spaces there.I won't say the rooms are very specious, but reasonable. There is a safe and a kettle, but no fridge. Linen are clean. Bathrooms are clean. There is a hair dryer as well. Toiletries are there and if there is anything extra you want they will give you that. Hot water is there, though in the mornings it is not very hot.There are enough power points in the room for all your gadgets.What I was surprised was that when there a loss of power it took a few minutes for the power to be restored.Wifi is good and TV has many channels.The staff is cordial and in fact one lady came and asked me how our stay is and are there any deficiencies. This was a first for me.Breakfast was good though not sumptous. Iddly was very bad but the rest of the dishes were good.There is a very good bar there with good ambience. Staff there are cordial and it is not very crowded also.Finally I had a very fastidious friend with me. Even he agreed that this is a good hotel.So overall a good experience.

We had a 1 day stay. Overall a very good hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and well arranged. Washroom was quite large and clean. Restaurant is clean and classy, with open air space, breakfast had good variety.Overall, a well maintained hotel with a cozy feel. Staff is polite and prompt at service. Only requires upgradation of the front area which is unpaved.

I highly recommend this place if you want to understand what excellent service truly is.I have stayed in over 100 hotels in a year and work in the Horeca industry, and this place can genuinely be called the best.1.A perfectly coordinated team, starting with the smile at the entrance and ending with room service. You can order food to your room or dine at the sky lounge with a view of Kolkata. The food is truly at the level of a good restaurant. In addition, the rooms include everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff maintains impeccable cleanliness. Care and professionalism are felt in every detail.2.Location. The hotel is located in a new area of Kolkata, so the air is cleaner, there are fewer people, and it is quieter. At the same time, everything you need is nearby.3.Special thanks for the hospitality to everyone we interacted with. They are truly lovely people. We were left with a very warm and lasting impression.I wish this place prosperity, growth, and many more guests. This is definitely the best choice!
