Tatvam Residency

Spent 4-5 hours here to quickly shower and relax after a 30-hour trip from Canada before catching our train to Purulia. We had a great time!

Upon reaching the staff offered us water and told us to wait for the room was getting cleaned for us. We waited for 150-20 minutes within which the check-in formalities were complete. There were no guests on our floor and we had the whole apartment to our disposal. There were 3 rooms in each floor and apart from ours the other 2 were cleaned and locked for other guests. The common area was the living, kitchen and dining a sprawling space to accommodate a good number of people. One floor is ideally for 3 couples. The prices of the items in the menu were moderate but the Veg Chowmein was a disappointment. The corn and capsicum pakora was delicious. The breakfast consisted of bread, butter, jam, egg(choice of preparation), milk, cornflakes, tea/coffee/juice and mixed fruits. The staff were kind to provide us with water from water-filter which was chilled too. There was one issue though, no toiletries and because it was mentioned that those will be provided we did not carry a toothbrush and toothpaste. I would suggest to include them in the list of toiletries. Everything was in order and food was delivered to our room within reasonable time.

Apartments are very well kept. Right in the city center. Had a great time.
