Good hotel for small stay. Food taste is homely and good.

Today on 10/8/25 myself checked in to this so said business stays and had to organize the room amenities by forcefully involving the hospitality staffs. What a great gesture i had to experience at this property. The pricing is being paid in full but these lethargic management is only bothered about money it seems and nothing bother them much regarding the room amenities proper arrangements and maintenance. And may be no manager/supervisor is appointed it seems by the management so as to have proper lookout.Broken wardrobe door came out in to my body and self got injured which i already apprised the staffs during check in itself, dirty dusty window glasses which again i apprised but was reasoned to be cleaned by tomorrow, No provisions of proper socket for operating electric kettles, stinky bathrooms as if was never ever cleaned with any floor disinfectant and also cold tea is a speciality of this wonderful property. On and all such wonderful business stays should be definitely be undertaken to know the indian work etiquettes into such businesses and we all indian will find this very often and usual practice. Salute to such a great property of Kolkata.

I have stayed in these hotel almost a week. Very good place to stay, quiet, clean, and very good service. I highly recommend these hotel to stay. One thing I definitely want to mention that their food is really good, no need to order from outside. Just tell them in advance what exactly you want to eat they will make it for you.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in. Staff is very cooperative and helping. I booked room around 1AM in morning and there was one person from staff was helpful. As I was late I ordered food online still then he kept plates and water bottle ready for me.

Well located and budget friendly however main attraction being the staff behavior and home style cooked food .thr rooms are bit small but enough for a single person but are neat and clean .washroom size is good and is neat and tidy.cabs are easily available and is safely located in New Town action area.breakfast quality is good but you don't get a buffet of Items instead there are 3 to 4 items which are really good and home style less oily.staff behavior is really appreciable
