Good location and staff behaviour is very nice
Pros: The location is good (close to lots of restaurants and shops), the mattress was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and the staff were nice. Cons: The automatic door lock didn't work (they ended up giving me a physical key), the safe didn't work (they ended up giving me the physical key for this too, but the key didn't work either), the hot water didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the pillows were very lumpy, the room was perpetually damp (even with the AC on it didn't seem to ever dry out), the bathroom floor became very slippery after I showered in the morning (and would not dry out by evening unless I used one of the towels to mop the floor), and the laundry-service guy rude and dishonest (I'd recommend not using their laundry service if you can avoid it).
