Extremely disappointing stay. The washroom hand jet was leaking badly and the shower was completely non-functional. There was no alternative arrangement like a bucket and mug. Staying with my family and child, we struggled a lot just to bathe.The lady receptionist was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. She refused to share the manager’s contact details and behaved rudely throughout. Late at night, instead of resolving the issue properly, she offered another room with separate beds, which made no sense since I was staying with my family and kid.Her response was insensitive and unacceptable. At one point she even shouted and said, ’Dusra room khol dete hain, wahan jaake naha lijiye’ ’ asking us to use another room’s washroom with family, which is completely inappropriate.They also claimed they were unaware of the washroom condition, which clearly shows poor maintenance and lack of basic checks before allotting rooms.Overall, zero empathy, zero professionalism, and terrible basic facilities. I would strongly not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Stayed for 2 days.I assure you it will be worth of your penny especially the royale room. The one which i loved through images and immediately decided to stay in the same room and even i got the same room.it wasnt a room,idk why did it felt like home to me. I didnt felt i was in a hotel room. I can stay there forever,the rooms r good,big spacious,service is top notch,food is amazing,staff is well trained,location is perfect. Everything is in walking distance.Will visit again for sure.Special thanks to satyajit for arranging to doing everything on call and looking after my request for a front view room.

Better to book it through online portal such as this platform.com. For direct booking receptionists are not cooperative.Rooms are okay. If you are looking for view, big neat and clean rooms, this is not the place. Windows are not closed/fixed completely, you have to compromise by pulling curtains for keeping away mosquitos Restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, food is decent. Must try biryani. Family and corporate crowd around, so security is neat, convenient as it is on the main road. Lots of eating places around.

I had a 3 night stay in hotel..nice room with all amenities and a mini bar.. bathroom is clean providing hot water and all bath accessories,have some problems with the tap requiring some repair.Reception and staff are competent..lots of small eateries nearby and Uber always in call reach.Will stay again soon
