I didn't know this hotel was so bad. I was a little late checking in yesterday, 9:30 pm When I entered the hotel, I saw that there was no staff at the reception. Then I called the manager to tell him that I was at the reception and there was no staff manager said that our hotel had no staff. The manager said, "I'm the only one here, but I'm going to eat now. I'll be late. Please wait." Me and my wife traveling from Goa Even after I had traveled this far, we both waited another half hour for the check-in in the reception The worst behavior is the manager's words, and the manager speaks very very bad The manager said that I go to the gym so I have to eat from time to time. He also said that what should I do since you have been traveling from such a distance? It is time for me to eat, so I left. He said many more things. I have the voice recording and the video also I can't say everything. There are other things like there's no TV in the room and there's no telephone There are many insects in the room. I have all the videos and photos. I want to tell everyone, please do not enter this hotel. You won't get any kind of service in this hotel. Then the hotel is absolutely terrible. My experience at this hotel was the worst among all I have visited around the world… I was never discriminated against by the owner in such a way he did.. solely because of my nationality… and his behaviour… huh You have failed to live up to your name “Radha Rani” you should be ashamed even to use such honourable name for your hotel. You Carry the Name “Radha Rani”? you are nothing but bunch of hypocrites.. I have nothing more than to say, “If you did me wrong Radha Rani will do what she thinks suits you the best”
