The location is excellent, but the rooms are not satisfactory.

Affordable hotel with good value.

I spent almost four months at this hotel during my internship, and my overall stay was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist when needed. Housekeeping was done regularly, and both the rooms and common spaces were kept clean consistently. The food was acceptable, offering a reasonable variety suitable for a long-term stay. A major benefit of this hotel is its convenient location, providing easy access to key parts of Kolkata and important spots within about 3 km. In general, it is a comfortable and practical choice for both short and long stays.

Rooms were good. The only problem we faced was regarding the complimentary breakfast; we were 13 adults but were charged extra for 1 child. We have requested our trip organizer to clarify this with the hotel since our group totaled 14 people, including one 10-year-old child.

The hotel is within walking distance of Netaji metro station. It offers an affordable and comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They also have their own restaurant where guests can order food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
