We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aston Residency. The location is excellent. Situated in a well-connected part of South Kolkata, it is just a short walk to the metro station, making it very easy to get around the city and explore local sights.The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet enough to get a great night's sleep after a busy day.What really stands out here is the service. The staff is genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The breakfast was another highlight. It was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the day. We also tried their lunch, and the food was excellent and hygienic.Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, or anyone visiting Kolkata. My friend Sanjeev Dutta has been staying at Aston Residency, Kolkata since 10 September, and the experience has been very unsatisfactory. Laundry service is poor, room orders are delayed, responses are inadequate, and even complimentary water needs to be asked for daily. The basic level of hospitality is lacking. I would not recommend this place.
