The Manor House

We booked for a new years family visit and were very happy with the place. The rooms were big and clean and location was perfect for us (just off a main road yet very quiet).

In 1 word it's a strict no no place for family. I stayed in this property for 4 nights. 1st day I Reached late night and last day I checked out early morning with my mom and 12 year old son. Points to be noted mentioned below :# bed sheets, pillow covers and towels and quilt cover is having blood stains and white colour has become grey and torn from places.When asked to change they reverted it's washed but old.# in the toilet, the exhaust doesn't work, pot seat is broken, jet spray holder is broken, wash basin water taken at least 3 min to clear and pass the water... so the wash basin is completely non usable.Again when asked the staff, he reverted plumber is not available.# common area staircase lights are always switched off except ground floor reception.# breakfast is only served in ur room when u pre order them after 45 min. Very very limited options. (To mention precisely 1 omelet, 2 bread, puri sabji 4 pcs, 1 sausage, 2 boiled egg, 1 tea, 1 coffee)# 3rd day after cleaning the room they did not refill the tea and coffee and sugar sachets bcoz next morning we r supposed to check out.# no mineral water bottle is provided in the room, better to buy ur mineral water bottles. There are 2 Steel flasks with regular water which is non drinkable.# one staff he is only taking care of everything. Poor guy, he even sleeps in the reception only. It's not possible for him also it seems to take care of the customers and property alone.Word of caution pls choose carefully this property incase u are planning to book. Don't go by the pictures posted in the Google.

The place gives a good and smooth onboarding feeling. The place is nice with antique stuff in and around you with a good staff to help you around. People are really friendly and are there to help you.

I emailed them asking for help. My grandmother passed away, and my plans had changed last minute. But I never even received a response, even as a courtesy.
