Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally report my recent experience at your hotel on 20.01.2026. I had booked 02 rooms through MMT App.Unfortunately, the service provided was highly unsatisfactory. The behaviour of the staff was unprofessional and rude, and the overall hospitality was below standard. Due to this, I was forced to cancel one of the bookings, and one of my guests did not receive any service at all.This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment. I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future. I also request a formal acknowledgement of this complaint and, if possible, compensation for the inconvenience caused.I hope you will treat this matter with urgency and respond at your earliest convenience.Thank you for your attention.Yours sincerely,

Very good resort near Kona Expressway. Staffs are cooperative... swimmingpoolis very good... food is ok... Picnic facility available here... lawns are good.... parking available... only problem is locstion... last stretch of the road is very narrow....

Visited the place on jan 2026. It was a get together function sponsored from office. The area is very spacious and neat . But all buildings are looking old and maintenance if infrastructure is very poor. Painting and civil maintenance is very much required. Personal vechicle is a must

Lakeland Country ClubLakeland Country Club is a calm and well-maintained place, ideal for family outings, small events, and weekend relaxation. The surroundings are peaceful with good greenery, making it a nice escape from city noise. Staff behavior is polite and supportive, and overall cleanliness is decent. Facilities are satisfactory, though some areas could be improved with better maintenance. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to visit for a relaxed experience. ’’’

I travel frequently and have booked well over a thousand hotels across India, the US, Canada, and Europe ’ and LLCC Satragachi is by far one of the most unprofessional and misleading properties I have ever encountered.1. Shockingly Rude & Arrogant ManagementThe staff behave as if they are running a seven-star luxury hotel, while offering the exact opposite experience. Instead of resolving issues, they talk down to guests and show zero accountability.2. They Refuse Online Bookings & Push You to Their ’Preferred’ AgentsWe arrived with a confirmed online reservation only to be told they ’have issues’ with that booking partner.They flatly told us to cancel and rebook through their own contacts’at nearly 4x the original price’rather than simply allowing us to pay at the desk.According to them, guests are expected to book online AND THEN call the hotel again to reconfirm availability. This is not standard practice anywhere.3. Completely Misleading PhotosThe images shown on booking sites are NOT of the actual accommodation. Those photos belong to the club at the entrance.The actual rooms are located in a shabby apartment complex hidden in a narrow back alley behind Fortune ITC. Finding the reception itself took us 30 minutes, followed by another 30 minutes waiting in our car while they argued about the booking.4. Poor Location & Zero HospitalityThe stay area looks nothing like what is advertised. It feels unsafe, unmaintained, and absolutely not worth the rate they demand.After wasting nearly an hour dealing with their mismanagement, we left and booked another hotel.’’ Final Verdict: Completely Avoid This PlaceBetween the deceptive photos, the rude behaviour, the refusal to honour confirmed bookings, and the overall shady setup, LLCC Satragachi is a property I would strongly advise everyone to avoid.
