Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026Didn't meet the expectations I had. The room that I was assigned initially, did have a foul odor. Then I was moved into the road facing room, which was a horrible experience in its own. The road facing rooms really give you a sleepless night. Rooms on the sixth floor and above are bit calmer. But, the window glasses are not sound proof. Moreover, I can hear the conversations from the other rooms very comfortably. This is really uncommon with the luxury hotels. The room on the sixth floor was spacious though. The biggest drawback of this property is, the gym remains closed on Sundays. There are a lot of fitness freaks like me, who choose a stay with gym, for a reason. I was let down with this response. So, I will not choose this place, if I am to travel and stay on Sundays, and so do you. Staff is friendly, and supportive. The restaurant and the food quality is good. But, you definitely need to work hard on the uniforms of your staff. They don't look that good honestly.

The road-facing rooms make it hard to sleep. Rooms on the sixth floor and above are somewhat quieter, but the windows are not soundproof. I could easily hear conversations from other rooms, which is unusual for a luxury hotel. The sixth-floor room was spacious, though. A major downside is that the gym is closed on Sundays. Many fitness enthusiasts like me pick hotels with gyms for that reason, so this was disappointing. Because of this, I wouldn't stay here if I had to travel on a Sunday, and I wouldn't recommend it either. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food quality are good. However, the staff uniforms need improvement as they don't look very good.
