The manager is extremely rude and doesn't know how to speak properly to customers; the receptionist is even worse—he lies and initially created a scene claiming they don't accept online bookings. However, after I contacted the company and they called the hotel, he changed his story, claiming he was willing to provide a room but it was just becoming vacant. I had to wait about 3–4 hours at the hotel before finally getting a room—and that only happened after I threatened to call the police. I had booked a double-bed AC room, but I was given a non-AC single room instead. It was a truly bad experience; none of you should ever visit this hotel. Never visit this hotel. Very bad hotel.
