We enjoyed a delightful dinner at JW Marriott. Even on a Wednesday night, the place was bustling with guests, which speaks volumes about its popularity. The chefs, waiters, and entire staff were extremely courteous and cooperative, making the experience even more pleasant. The buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, ensuring there’s something for every palate.A must-visit place for all food lovers!

Hotel was nice and good, but ixigo takes the entire payment before the stay. Suggested taking only 50% upfront.

Our stay at the JW Marriott was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we pulled up to the entrance, the welcome experience was seamless and warm. The check-in process was remarkably efficient, and the front desk team made us feel like valued guests immediately, setting a wonderful tone for the rest of our trip. They had everything on hand and ready for our arrival as if they were waiting for just us to arrive!The absolute highlight of our mornings was the breakfast buffet. While the spread itself was delicious and wide ranging, the service was truly world-class. We have specific dietary requests, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well-catered to. We want to give a special shout-out to Chefs Divya, Goutam, and Rahaman for their incredible attentiveness; they remembered our preferences every single day and handled everything with such genuine care. In addition all the servers were outstanding including Shariful and Akash plus many others.We also spent some time at the spa, which was a sanctuary of relaxation. The steam room was pristine and the perfect way to unwind after a long flight around the globe.What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding staff. No detail was too small for them to handle perfectly. Whether it was a last-minute laundry request, specific room needs, or coordinating our ground transfers, everything was executed with professional precision and high-quality.If you are looking for a stay where the service is personalized and every detail is managed with excellence, I cannot recommend the JW Marriott highly enough. We will definitely be back when visiting Kolkata again.

Visited JW Marriott on 15 Dec and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is well maintained and reflects the brand’s premium standards. The ambience is elegant, staff were courteous and attentive, and service levels were consistently professional. Check-in was smooth, common areas were clean, and the dining experience was well managed with good quality and variety. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a reliable luxury hospitality experience and a good choice for both business and leisure stays.

Rooms are really nice with splendid washrooms. Room is equipped with all modern features, controlls are very easy. Service is very prompt. Was able to get an early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast at jw kitchen is great but sometimes too crowded. More staff would definitely help there. If you are staying at jw marriot, do try Vintage Asia, their serve delicious food. Their salmon is awesome and try their sushie as well.
