While the overall stay was decent, the checkout experience was completely ruined by shady billing practices and unprofessional staff.I was overcharged for regular packaged drinking water (MRP 15–20) and told that I could only pay in cash. When I insisted on a valid bill before paying, the reception staff became rude and defensive. Instead of providing a proper invoice for the packaged water, they generated an inflated restaurant bill of around 150 labeled as "Aerated water by the glass."When I called out this dishonest billing, the staff refused to accept even the legitimate amount. Not wanting to leave without paying what was fair, I left 50 on the counter for the two bottles and walked out. The management needs to address these fraudulent billing tactics and train their front desk in basic customer courtesy.I still not see the hotel in binary, I had good experience with restaurant staff but they need to fix these malpractice.
Rooms need cleanliness.We had to wait for around 30 minutes for check in as no one was available at Front office.Limited option in Breakfast.Never recommend
