The Rajbari Bawali

We stayed at Bawali Rajbari for one night. Received warm welcome upon arrival. It's a beautiful place, the renovation has given a great aesthetic to the entire place. Bengali Thali lunch tasted superb and quite large portion for one person. In the evening there was sandhya arati and cultural programme. We had a tour around the property, also they show the history of the Rajbari and the process of transformation. The rooms are good size with Zamindar look. Every staff is so helpful. Amazing experience!

I stayed in the property on the 21st. Great place to visit. The property has an excellent team. Very polite and friendly. The food is superb. The Chef and his team deserve special mention. Plan to visit again.

The whole hotel is quite beatiful, service is very good. Staff is always there to fulfil you every wish. Our room was quite dark, we were medium happy with it.I feel the prices are quite high. Especially the boat trip is way too expensive for what is offered.The massage therapist was really exceptionally good. I would book it again every time.

The place has a beautiful aesthetic with grand, old rajbari vibes that create a unique and charming atmosphere. I have visited once for lunch and stayed overnight once as well, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The ambience is definitely one of the highlights. However, the room prices now feel quite high, and it would be great if they could be a bit more considerate in that aspect. The lunch was tasty and well-prepared, but since there were many guests that day, the service felt a bit rushed. Unfortunately, by the time the after-meal paan was being served, it had run out. When guests are paying a good amount, such finishing touches should be available for everyone, regardless of the crowd.Overall, it was a good experience mainly because of the lovely ambience, but a few improvements in pricing consideration, service management, and proper stock planning would make it even better.

They have beer, wine, cocktails and spirits.
