Horrible experience.I am doctor. Came to ESIC Joka for work purpose with my wife. Booked this hotel.1. They did not respond to calls so that i could inform them my arrival time2. At midnight 12.30 am to 2.30 am, 2 hours me with my wife were standing in front of the hotel, calling them atleast 500-1000 times.. there was no response.3. The location is very scary, even more during nights.4. The visuals of the hotel are not at all same as you see in photos5. Neighbourhood is unhelpful and scaryAfter 2 hours of struggle in the midnight with a female with me, alone and helpless in the scary dark surrounding, we failed and moved to another hotel 10km away.

Unhygienic Location, Lots of Stray dogs, Poor upkeep, No Ventilation or fire Safety for the premises/building, Stained Bed Sheets, unchanged pillow covers, bedsheets, Carry your own things for bath & brush. Nearby Blinkit may help you.... Will not visit this premises again... Got mislead by the profile photos....

Loved the hospitality and the people out there.. nice and decent behaviour by the people... Helpful too..The room was quite good open balcony as we were assigned to stay in the upper balcony area... No issues for food as we can order and have it...Just there were no resturant nearby or any other shops available...But if you are looking for comfortable staying then you can go here you will love it.... ’’?? The things is that we have to book the rooms from the app or online only....
