Request a full refund for my hotel booking. full AmountI had booked a Standard Room, but when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff informed me that they could only provide an Economy Room, which was not the room category I had booked or paid for. I was also made to wait for a long time at the reception.As it was already late at night, I had no practical option to leave the hotel immediately or find another suitable accommodation. The hotel staff also requested me to cancel the booking, despite the fact that the issue was caused by the hotel not providing the room that I had originally booked.The following day, I had no choice but to move to another hotel. This entire situation caused me significant inconvenience, harassment, and disruption to my work schedule.I therefore request you to:Process a full refund of the booking amount.Confirm that the refund will not be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation, since the hotel failed to provide the booked room category.Investigate the hotel's handling of this matter and take appropriate action.I request you to resolve this matter at the earliest and confirm the refund status in writing

Last booking without our concern room was downgrade, payment was collected from me standard room but after I reached hotel they give me economic room. In reception area wating time to long .

This is the worst Treebo hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were messy. When I complained, instead of addressing the issue, they argued that the rooms had been cleaned before arrival. The Deluxe Rooms were so small, like matchboxes, you can imagine how the others must be.

Bad ventilation, very dusty, not cleaned properly, hygiene is badly maintained!!!
