Disappointing Family Event

I am giving this hotel one star because I cannot give a negative rating. I booked the whole hotel for two days for a family event, and the stay was terrible. There were arguments among the staff, little to no response to our concerns, and the hotel amenities were poor. I even tried to contact the owner, but she did not reply. I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Disappointing Kolkata Stay

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff were quite rude, seeming eager for us to leave quickly. The taps were dripping, the elevator didn't work, and the area around the hotel wasn't very nice. It was my first visit to Kolkata, and I had hoped the City of Joy would offer a better experience, but this place completely spoiled it. I do not recommend it.
