This is our 4th visit to this hotel always late check in though we are on time still so rush people just waits and check in time gets 1.00 PM Is this how people are treated after charging 1800 per day, Worst experience ever I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's 12.11 still we are waiting.
We booked the Imperial Deluxe Room, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Multiple amenities were missing, including a refrigerator and slippers, and the extra pillows provided looked unhygienic. Additionally, the online photos appear to use wide-angle lenses, making the actual room feel much smaller than advertised.Our main concern was security and convenience: we were never given a personal room key. Every time we returned, we had to ask staff to open our room with a master key, raising safety concerns for our belongings while we were out. Furthermore, despite requesting a quiet room via Agoda, we experienced significant noise from neighboring guests at night, which severely disrupted our sleep.On a positive note, the location of the property is ideal, and the on-site security was thorough, as staff consistently verified our room number every time we entered the building. We also appreciated the room service policy, which allowed us to order multiple times without any restrictions or barriers.
