FabHotel Suncitel - Nr. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport

My experience wasn't nice.Reading the reviews and looking at the pictures over the internet, I had booked the hotel but everything in the room was untidy. Floors weren't cleaned. Walls were broken. A/C swing was broken and not working. No hot shower. Shortage of towel. Every floor had the smell of cigarettes.In short, no value for money.

Electricity card holder was not proper,Lock was damaged, AC was pathetic not able to change temprature, there was wall mount fan in room which was very noisy, bed was also not comfortable, showing really good photos in booking app but actually room were not good

1. No TV IN ROOM2. Dirty Blanket cover, replaced on request.3. No soap while chk in, supplied on request4. No Mineral water while chk in, supplied on request5. No electric kettle, supplied on request.6. Bathroom is so so.7. No hanger, not suppliedIt is not a professionally managed hotel. Behavior of staff is good. Only advantage is its location as it is near to airport.

Accommodation is alright but room services is needed to be improved. Food quality of the restaurant of the hotel is really horrible. Food is too much spicy and too much oily which is unnecessarily added and harm. Hotel's authorities desperately need to work on the implemented and improvement of the food quality of the restaurant.Thank you
