The service staff is excellent. When I visited this hotel a year ago, two boys at the reception asked for extra money. Puja's behavior is very good and helpful. This time, the service is excellent and the staff are very polite and helpful. I am sure I will visit again and recommend it to my friends.

Our room booking was confirmed and payment completed through OYO. However, upon arrival at the hotel's reception, they told us no rooms were available and treated us rudely.

The staff and owner responded very poorly.

This was the worst experience I've ever had here. I've visited many times before but never faced such issues. All the staff seemed new, especially the receptionist who didn't know how to treat customers properly. They charged us extra for a deluxe room, claiming the one we booked through Oyo wasn't available. They didn't provide toiletries for the night, and both the bathroom and bedroom were dirty. They also didn't inform us about the food prices when we ordered, and overcharged us at checkout. The food quality and quantity definitely didn't justify the 490/- price. The bedsheets had holes, and ants were everywhere in the room. I've stayed here since last year but never had such a bad experience. Oyo should look into the receptionist's behavior. The previous receptionist was very kind and helpful. After this, I won't be returning and have told my coworkers about it.

The rooms were excellent, but the problem was that the washroom lacked sanitizer and shampoo. There were two sachets provided, but both were empty.
