Pathetic service and a highly unprofessional attitude.I booked a room over the phone for ’3,000, including breakfast. However, when I arrived at the hotel just 30 minutes later, the staff insisted that the room would cost ’3,200 without breakfast. I had to spend nearly 30 minutes arguing and proving the agreed booking before they finally honored the original deal which was suported by proofs.Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable, with the mattress springs were hurting making it very difficult to rest. When I complained, the staff casually responded that "all the rooms have the same type of bed." After I insisted that this was unacceptable, they eventually shifted me to another room’which, surprisingly, had a perfectly comfortable bed. This clearly proved their earlier statement was false.The room change took another 10-15 minutes, adding to the inconvenience.Overall, the stay began with misleading pricing, unnecessary arguments, and poor customer service. I expected much better professionalism and honesty. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Overall it's a cool stay. Food quality & test is the best.

Had a wonderful stay at Bell Mount Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The food was delicious, and the hospitality made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Pros: Centrally located, well-maintained cleanliness, and excellent air conditioning during peak summer.Cons: The property is dated and in need of renovation; it looks much better in online photos than in reality. Parking is limited to the roadside, and the view from the executive rooms is disrupted by a dark, curtained storeroom that ruins the hotel atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast is below average, making the overall experience low value for money.
