Wrong commitment they provide me non AC room and I order. AC one and they charge extra
I arrived and mentioned I had a booking. They said, "Alright, please clear the outstanding balance first, and then I can give you the room." I told them I had already paid the full amount, but they explained that while I had paid 581 via Agoda, the booking was routed through OYO, so I would need to pay 680 to OYO as well.
I have very limited time but when i reach they dont have electricity so they denied check in . We waited for 1hour then we booked some other hotel and stayed there . They didnt approved our refund
