The Grand Corporate Inn near sector 52 Metro Station

My stay at this hotel for two days was very disappointing and not worth the ₹2,000 per night charged, especially since different partners quoted different prices. They refused online booking to charge extra. The hotel operates under multiple names like The Grand Corporate Inn, The Royal Corporate Inn, and Treebo, which was confusing. Basic services were missing: no proper toilet essentials, no handwash, no water bottles, and initially no towels. The room was dirty and dusty with many mosquitoes, and the bedding was unclean. Water smelled like sewage, and there was dampness throughout the room. The door and washroom locks were faulty, raising safety and privacy concerns. Bedsheets were not changed during the entire stay, and when asked, we were told they were in the laundry. Staff behavior was poor, sometimes treating us like budget guests and making us get water ourselves. RO drinking water was not properly available, and we had to repeatedly call the receptionist for basic needs. The location is deep inside, making it hard for delivery partners to find. Safety was another issue, as staff apparently used guest rooms, and someone was seen roaming outside our room, making us uncomfortable. The only positive was some flexibility with early check-in and check-out, but that doesn't make up for the poor cleanliness, maintenance, service, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. Management needs to improve cleanliness, amenities, staff behavior, maintenance, water quality, and guest safety. The room is tidy and clean, and the place is nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Asked for towel 2 times still didn’t get Ordered veg thali of cost Rs 250 , the mentioned stuff in menu didn’t get and charged full amount Room was smelly and not cleaned

The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was poorly maintained and unhygienic. Water was leaking continuously, and the shower pipe was rusty, making the bathroom feel old and unclean.I had booked a room with breakfast included, but even by 8:30 AM, breakfast was not available. If you're planning to stay here, I would recommend not paying extra for the breakfast option unless the service improves. Overall, the property needs much better cleanliness, maintenance, and timely service.
