I recently booked 10 rooms for a family function and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.Our experience was plagued by poor management and unacceptable service standards.Despite a 12 PM check-in time, the rooms were still not ready by 4 PM. When we finally got access, the condition of the rooms was disappointing’they were poorly cleaned and smelled stale. To make matters worse, the staff was dismissive and rude when we raised these issues. If you are planning an important event, look elsewhere. This property is clearly not equipped to handle large bookings or maintain basic hospitality standards."

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The first major issue was the electricity problem’the power kept going on and off repeatedly, and this continued for the first 3’4 hours, which caused a lot of inconvenience.The hotel looked new and well-maintained in the photos, but in reality it was old and poorly maintained. The mattress was uncomfortable, with some parts poking out, making it difficult to sleep properly. The chair in the room had torn foam, which clearly showed a lack of maintenance.When I entered the room for the first time, there was a strong cigarette smell. The housekeeping staff sprayed a room freshener in front of me, but even after that, the smell did not go away completely.Additionally, the towels were not properly clean, which was unacceptable from a hygiene point of view. When I reached the location, there was no proper hotel signboard on the building, making it hard to identify the property.Overall, this hotel is not worth the money and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It was a very poor experience.
