Solo Traveller • Jul 2026To make matters worse, the overall service was extremely poor:Misleading Listing: The actual room did not match the pictures shown at the time of booking.Lack of Basic Communication: There is no telecom/intercom in the room, making it nearly impossible to reach the property manager or request basic assistance.Poor Responsiveness: When we did manage to contact them, service was delayed, ignored, and unhelpful.Unprofessional Host Response: When I raised these concerns, the management casually dismissed it by saying we would need to pay more to get a better room. This is completely unfair and unacceptable—guests should receive the exact room advertised in the photos for the price paid.I expect rooms to match the photos shown on the booking platform. I would not recommend this property, especially if you are booking for family or expecting standard professional service.
