The hotel has a great location, excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and helpful reception personnel.

Great location close to a cafe with a wonderful view of nature through the window 🪟

The receptionist Yash kept pressuring me for a good rating and exceptional comments, so I had to revise my ratings and update my feedback after leaving. -The bathroom was in poor condition with rust and moss on the shower head and a strange smell lingering. -Termites were present in the cupboard. -The coffee maker was non-functional and contained some black powder inside. -The cups and glasses provided were dirty. -The electrical sockets were falling apart. -The towel given to me had a brown stain (not rust) and smelled bad (luckily I had my own towel). -The only ventilation was a small window outside which had trash left by previous guests. -The hotel management seemed aware of these issues since a guest who left the room minutes before my check-in complained about the same problems. -I did not report these to management as I was busy and only used the bed, table, trash bin, and one working power socket. -I'm about 6 feet tall and couldn't fit on the bed; my feet hung off and I had to lie diagonally to fit. -To add to this, someone called the receptionist after midnight giving my room number to check on me, so I gave 3 stars for service because they responded even at that late hour.
