The Hotel is in a good locality but the street in which the building specifically stands is a bit dingy. The biggest concern was the support staff was not supportive and understanding at all. I was travelling with a 2 year old, I was carrying the meal preps but the kitchen staff was not ready to cook and after haggling they told me it was chargeable.I took one time support for cooking a basic upma which they did not charge but based on the interaction I chose to manage on my own for rest of the meals.
The attached restaurant Tahia is a hit with good food but expensive. The stay is basic but clean. The breakfast included was just OK and very limited
