The service is very poor. All the systems were not working properly. Bath is not cleaned properly. Not supplying essential items in time even though after several follow up. I do not recommend it honestly

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms look nothing like the photos on Agoda and are poorly maintained, unclean, and filled with a disgusting smell. Housekeeping took hours despite repeated requests. Service was pathetic: a bottle of water took 30 minutes, while a masala chai arrived after 1.5 hours. The shower didn't work, toiletries were missing, and the food was awful. Basic cleanliness, facilities, and hospitality were completely lacking. The listing is misleading, and I would strongly recommend considering other properties before booking.

The rooms are shabby and not even close to the quality displayed in the pics. I was so dissapointed I asked for a larger room paid the upgrade amount directly to the team and even then as we were so unhappy decided to leave in hardly few hours. So I basically paid for a hotel stay and didn't even stay for more that 3 hours as my partners flight was delayed and was completely charged the full amount as well as the upgrade amount as they said they didn't receive payment from us but from Agoda. So upset with the misleading pics and information will be er rd recommend this place to anyone

The food is very tasty and the hotel is attractive. Sant Mahul hotel has good management and helpful staff. The service is excellent, with the reception and lounge being the best, making for a great experience.
