Sarla Hotel Inn

The staff were excellent and the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Be careful when booking here online, as they might refuse to give you your room upon arrival even if you booked through their official website! There's an event at a nearby ashram in February 2027, and the ashram's site lists nearby hotels, including this one, claiming discounted rates for devotees. We checked the hotel's website and called to book, but they quoted a higher price than shown online. When we mentioned this, they said the website rate was incorrect and admitted they wouldn't honor it if we arrived with a booking at that price. They then asked for time to consult a senior, after which they stopped responding to calls and messages. Shortly after, they updated their website rates only for February 2027, leaving other months unchanged. This was for the Deluxe room. Rates were actually cheaper on MakeMyTrip and EaseMyTrip, but we chose to book directly through the hotel's site to avoid check-in issues, only to face the same evasiveness. If they act like this during booking, consider what might happen when you arrive.

Had a very positive experience.

I was on a business trip attending a program at IIML Noida campus for my company DevilYou Chocolates. The accommodation was wonderful, the service exceptional, and the rates very affordable. I stayed for two consecutive months and look forward to returning whenever I am in Noida. The location is excellent and the cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is impressive. The food is also excellent; I really enjoy the soups and Chinese dishes.

Service was excellent
