Hotel Lemon Suites & banquet by Aura

I stayed at Bloom for nearly 17 days and had a fantastic experience. The room was always clean and well-maintained during my entire stay.

The staff was courteous, professional, and consistently ready to assist when required. The location is accessible and convenient.

This hotel is third rate. I checked out at midnight because of problems. I booked through their official website at 3pm for a 12pm check-in but only got the room at 6:30pm. When I complained about the air conditioner not working, they said there were no rooms available and told me to stay or leave. As I was leaving, they suddenly said they had more rooms but refused to refund me, then showed me another room. This behavior is unacceptable—giving a room without ventilation and then forcing a guest out before offering a new room. I decided to book another hotel instead. They didn’t provide a bill or tax invoice when I requested one and even threatened me, saying they wouldn’t talk to me and to consult the website I booked through. I believe they are complete frauds.

The room was large and well kept, featuring a very comfy bed and a nice atmosphere. The staff were courteous, professional, and consistently ready to assist. The location is accessible and convenient, and the surroundings felt secure. Zinat Ma'am was kind and polite, and Ashok Yadav was good.
