Zero value for money. Pathetic:1. Staff won't help you with your luggage.2. No signboard.3. Third class toilet, dirty buckets, shower. No toiletry except hand washing liquid. Third grade bedsheet, smaller in size compared to mattress, won't be changed. 4. Charges too much, quality not a priority.

Good room, clean bed and bedsheet. Pillows can be better, wash room cleaning was below average. Staff is friendly but services take their own sweet time.

I stayed at the Limetree Hotel in Noida Sector 50 a short while ago. It is an excellent, clean hotel, and the staff is very helpful and always ready to assist—especially Mr. Ravi and Arnav, they are the good front office.managers there.

Our stay started off as near abysmal and though things got better after we switched rooms, everything was pretty much disappointing.We were allotted Room 101 which was apparently a 'highly sought after room' amongst their '95 percent booked out hotel rooms in the property'. It was horrid. Unwashed sheets with grease marks and hair strands on them, grease marks on the cupboards, stained walls, dim lights: that was how we were welcomed into the room. We switched the lights on and noticed a broken kettle, no stirring spoons for morning coffee, and a smart-TV hooked into the socket on the wall by mere wires, no plug or anything.I entered the bathroom and saw the exhaust not functioning, and the clothes rack broken and kept aside. This was just beginning, I could feel it.We went to sleep and woke up at 3:00AM due to a powercut. The powercuts lasted till 7AM, so there goes our sleep. We kept on calling the staff at the reception and went downstairs when they didn't respond but here's the thing: they were comfortably sleeping in the reception sofas wrapped in blankets, with no one tending to the concierge desk. And mind you, we were hardly an hour away from breakfast time. I understand that everyone needs sleep, I am not remarking that, but why is the hotel so short staffed? Highly unprofessional and callous setup. At the reception, they also told us then that the intercom would not be functional between 10am to 8:30am. They provided a phone number upon asking which obviously didn't work either the next day.Eventually we talked to the guy in the reception and he said 'generator mein fault thha 6 baje se' which was obviously screaming lie and unaccountability considering I was awake from 3. Next horror: I went to the bathroom to take a shower and to my absolute misfortune, the water supply ran out mid-way. We called the folks in the reception and they manually switched on the pump, an hour after which I could finally head for the shower again. Or...could I?The water supply was back but the drains were clogged with the hair from previous tenants. Mid-way while showering, the bathroom started to flood with strands of hair and deposits; the mere thought of which is nauseating even now. Folks at the reception were incredibly nonchalant about all this and sent a guy to clear the drain with a plunger.The bathroom had two shower gels instead of shampoo and shower gel, with both dispensers broken from the wall and kept aside for being pressed manually.Last negative point, a worker from the hotel was always in the first floor common area, lying and sleeping on the sofa, and he was always watching stuff loudly via the mobile speakers even when we were going to sleep. So unprofessional.We were moved to Room 104 which was a decent room for the price, but 101 was absolute hell. It was so tough to get hold of the staff, making the water and electricity issues even more infuriating. Cleanliness issues galore, the floor was always having sand and gravel.Only positive is the breakfast; simple but tasty stuff. Highly doubtful of the oil considering the gut problems I had right after, but I won't pick this one apart. The tea was beautifully made, credit where it's due.Overall, extremely average stay and definitely not worth the price we paid. It's more like a house with undisciplined kids than a professional stay.
