We visited Bizz The Hotel, Rajkot for our anniversary dinner on 14th December 2025, hoping for a pleasant and memorable evening. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating.The service was very poor and unprofessional. There were long delays in taking orders and serving food, and the staff showed no sense of responsibility or attentiveness, even after repeated reminders. There was a complete lack of coordination, and basic hospitality was missing.What made the situation worse was the management’s response. Even after formally complaining, we received only casual and unsatisfactory explanations, with no genuine attempt to acknowledge the problem or improve the experience. For a hotel that claims professional standards, this level of indifference is unacceptable.An anniversary is a special occasion, and instead of making it memorable, the careless service and poor handling of complaints completely spoiled our celebration. We left feeling disappointed and unheard.I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND Bizz The Hotel, Rajkot for Dinners, family outings, or special occasions.
