Visited for an overnight business visit. Slightly rundown feel about the place. Had to call multiple times and had to walk down to reception for a towel. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is with very limited options. Located centrally with markets and eating joints within walking distance.

Extremely disappointing experience. As a professional driver bringing guests to this hotel, I expected basic respect and hospitality. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was rude and unhelpful.When I asked about a place to rest after a long drive, I was told, "If you want to sleep, go somewhere else and book a cheap room. We don't have any arrangement here." This response was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.The hotel does not provide any resting area for drivers, and even washroom access was not allowed. Staff members were unwilling to answer questions properly and showed no concern for drivers who play an important role in bringing customers to the property.Hospitality is not only about treating guests well but also about showing basic human respect to everyone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until management improves staff behavior and provides basic facilities for drivers.Thank you

Travelled for Business Purpose ...Rating - 4/5Service staff was very nice and helpfull and got support for early check-in as well.Room locks were not at best condition however staff help made it smooth but Have to climb twice due to this issue....Food :- 2.5/5 - Suggest to have outside for lunch or dinner

Very disappointing experience. The hotel looked completely different from the photos shown online. In reality, the room was poorly maintained and not worth the price at all. There was no proper parking facility, the telephone in the room was not working, and only one towel was provided. The service was extremely poor and staff response was disappointing.We had also booked a package including breakfast, but the breakfast had only 4’5 items with very bad taste and very limited options. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not as promised. Definitely not recommended.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. The rooms shown in the pictures were completely misleading compared to the actual condition. The room was not clean or properly maintained, basic facilities were missing, and even the room telephone was not working. Parking was also not available as expected.The service was very slow and unprofessional. We had breakfast included in our package, but there were very few items and the quality and taste were below average. Overall, the stay was not worth the money at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
