BloomSuites l Calangute

Had horrible experience in bloom suites, doesn't feel like give even 1star. I don't know how come this hotel became four star, it doesn't even deserve 1star, got room with wet washroom, basin leakage, fridge leakage, ants in the room and towels, tobacco wrapper. And no one bothered to listen to us, even receptionist ignored, also we have mailed but no one responded with the solution, doesn't think they are gonna improve and thr hospitality is pathetic, they don't know how to talk with guest, at the time of c/out they keep guest's in waiting, for what, instead of checking rooms at c/out. Please learn or make a habit of checking rooms before giving to any guest so the stay doesn't turn horrible.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. For a 4-star property, I expected much better service and facilities.The hot water took a long time to become available, and the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly. The Tv is a smart TV not an Android TV, which limited its functionality.The biggest disappointment was the staff. They were not supportive and kept repeating, "This is the booking you have," instead of listening to our concerns or trying to resolve the issues.Overall, this was my first bad experience at a 4-star hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the service and guest experience.

One of the best premium hotels in Calangute! I had an amazing experience staying at BloomSuites | Calangute. Everything is very well managed’from the clean and spacious rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The service was excellent, the property was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. The location is also great, with easy access to Calangute Beach and nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Goa. Will surely visit again!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the BloomSuites, Calangute for two days recently. We had a very very pleasant stay and appreciate all the services we enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and courteous and ever ready to help us.We specially commend the ever helpful staff - Rahul, Pramod Kumar ( the pool attendant), Neeraj, Aniket and Sanjeev Kumar.The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet excellent.We hope we get a chance to visit and stay again.Thank you everyone.
