The staff is very helpful; they returned my phone which I accidentally left in the lift after checkout. Both Baga Beach and Calangute Beach are close to the hotel. The AC in the reception needs repair as it is not working properly. Overall, the hotel experience was very nice and it is suitable for families.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both Baga beach and Calangute. The staff are very helpful, and the food is excellent—definitely try the thali. However, there is a problem at the reception as the AC is not working, making it hard to stay there for even 5 minutes. Please fix this urgently. Overall, it is a good hotel.
