Nice stay three days
I stayed at Hyatt on 31st May 2026 and would like to share my experience.FoodThe food counters looked impressive and offered a good variety of options. However, the taste was below expectations. I tried dosa, poori, noodles, vada, and sausages, but most dishes lacked flavor and tasted quite bland.The milkshakes were also disappointing and did not meet expectations.The highlight of the breakfast was the waffles served with chocolate sauce and ice cream, which were delicious.The restaurant was extremely crowded during peak hours. Guests had to register their names and wait to be called for seating.On a positive note, the seating area was vibrant, spacious, and had a great ambiance.Swimming PoolThe swimming pool was very small. With around 10 people in the pool, it already felt overcrowded.The pool was only about 4 feet deep and not long enough for a proper swim, making it less suitable for adults. Most guests were simply standing or sitting in the water rather than swimming.The jacuzzi beside the pool was a nice addition, but its effectiveness was limited.Special TouchHyatt pleasantly surprised us with a complimentary chocolate cake for our wedding anniversary, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.RoomsThe rooms were excellent—spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained.The gym was well equipped, and the lobby area was elegant and welcoming. I loved the stay !Overall ExperienceOverall, the stay was pleasant, with the rooms, gym, lobby, and anniversary gesture being the standout highlights. However, the taste and quality of the food require significant improvement to match the high standards expected from Hyatt.
